1. Prices
All prices available on the website www.bludreamservices.it are including VAT.
2. Booking
You can book the desired item online directly through the site www.bludreamservices.it or by phone at +39 327 3293990. Once the booking is complete, whether carried out on-line or over the phone, customers will receive an email confirmation with their booking details.
3. Item categories
Blue dream services srl guarantees the item category (e.g., group A, B, C, dimensions, engine power, etc.) but not a specific car model (Fiat Punto, etc.) or inflatable boat / scooter model (Capelli or Kimko). Products listed on the voucher are for illustration only and may be replaced by other models in the same or a higher category based on availability of the Agency upon pick-up. Categories are designated directly by the rental company; Blue dream services srl does not assume responsibility for the item model provided.
4. Rental period
A rental day means 24 hours for cars and scooters, 8 hours (from 9:00 to 18:00) for inflatable boats. Items are rented for one or more days and must be returned at the time and date shown on the return field; failure to do so entails an automatic one-day extension of the rental agreement.
WARNING: In case of exceeding the rental period, the additional time will be billed based on the schedule provided for rentals without reservation, and not according to the discounted rates displayed on www.bludreamservices.it. No reimbursement is provided to customers returning rental vehicles in advance.
5. Rental agreement
The rental agreement is signed upon vehicle pick-up at the rental centre. We advise you to read the rental agreement very carefully and accept exclusively what you might need. Please note that the confirmation email is not a rental agreement.
6. Customer obligations
Customers shall ensure their email account is active and able to receive e-mail. Blue dream services srl is not responsible for any failed communication due to technical reasons not attributable to the same Blue dream services srl.
7. Cancellation by the customer or failed vehicle pick-up
In case of failed pick-up or booking cancellation, the customer loses the right to reimbursement of sums paid as a deposit.
Reimbursements following changes to existing bookings will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
WARNING: The availability of the booked vehicle is guaranteed for one hour after the departure time shown on the booking; lacking the customer's notice, the rental centre reserves the right to rent the vehicle to other requesting customers.
8. Cancellation by the rental company
If the rental centre is forced to cancel a confirmed booking due to accident, theft, embezzlement or other event that prevents service delivery, the customer will be informed at the earliest opportunity by the staff of the pick-up rental centre. The customer is entitled to a refund of the full amount via card credit or bank transfer.
